Delivery Our Delivery Policy Delivery is charged at cost and this will be added to your invoice once your order has been packed and is ready to ship.  If you require a quote for shipping before your order is sent, please let us know once you have placed your order.  We will then provide you with a quote for confirmation. Wholesale orders are generally packed and sent within 2-3 days.  If there are any delays in getting your order sent, we will be in touch to let you know.  If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm that we are able to assist. All orders are currently sent via Courier Post Couriers.  We will from time to time use other courier providers if the need arises.  If you have a specific courier company you would prefer, please discuss this with us. If you require for your order to be sent with "signature required" please ensure you let us know. Delivery timeframes once your order is collected is per Courier Post timeframes.  This is generally 1-2 days for within the North Island and 2-3 days to the South Island.  Please allow extra days for rural delivery addresses.  Delivery timeframes can take longer during busy periods such as pre-Christmas. You should receive an email from our shipping partner ParcelPort once your order has been picked up by Courier Post.  If for some reason you do not receive this please do not hesitate to contact us for your tracking number if you need this.
