product warranty
In general all the brands we supply come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty with the exception of the Montii Lunch Bags which is 6 months. A manufacturer's warranty covers defect/faults caused during the manufacturing process. It does not cover wear and tear over time.
If you have an issue with a fault/defect, please email us with the following:
* Confirmation of order as proof of purchase and date of purchase
* Photos/Video showing issue
* Description of issue
We will then submit these to the supplier and advise once we hear from them if something is covered under the warranty.
pAYMENT TERMS
All payments terms will have been agreed upon with you prior to providing access to this wholesale site for ordering. Payment will be via bank transfer / direct credit. At checkout, select 'Direct Credit' or 'On Account' as payment. You will be sent an invoice with the freight charges for payment once your order has been packed and ready to send. We do accept credit card payments but please be advised that a 3% surcharge will apply. Please contact us directly to make payment via credit card.
Privacy Statement
Our wholesale website will collect and maintain personal information provided by you, including your names, addresses, mobile telephone numbers, email addresses. Security is an important aspect for us and we will ensure your information is kept safe. We will never sell, trade or give your personal information that you supply to us to anyone. As we do not currently accept credit card payment directly on this site, we will not be storing or holding any credit card information.
